1/2 cup halved seedless red grapes
1 1/2 cups purchased chicken salad (please ask for the ingredients, remember that you are cleansing!!!)
8 large leaves bibb lettuce
1/4 cup chopped raw almonds
add grapes to chicken salad (If you can’t find a decent chicken salad at a deli, try the shrimp cocktail salad and substitute the shrimp with white chicken pieces and the cocktail sauce with dijon honey mustard), stir gently to mix. Place about 1/4 cup chicken salad mixture on each lettuce leaf. Top with almonds.
